Triple T Farm Policies
-
We understand that unexpected delays can happen; however, scheduled ride times are reserved specifically for your group and our horses, staff, and equipment are planned around each booking.
Guests should arrive at least 10–15 minutes before their scheduled ride time to allow for check-in, loading, and preparation.
If your group arrives late, your ride may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled rides or events.
The full booking fee remains due even if the experience is shortened due to a late arrival.
Please contact Triple T Farm as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate delays when our schedule and safety considerations allow.
-
For the safety and enjoyment of our horses and guests:
Guests must follow all posted farm rules and instructions from Triple T Farm staff.
Guests must remain in designated areas unless accompanied or directed by staff.
Guests should arrive at their scheduled time to allow for check-in and preparation.
We reserve the right to modify activities based on farm conditions, horse needs, or safety concerns.
Private Event Policies
-
Because our services require transporting both the wagon and the horses to your event location, travel involves multiple trips with specialized equipment.
$250 minimum for 1st hour of service. $100 / hour for each additional hour.
A separate mileage fee of $5.00 per mile will apply for any off-site event.
Mileage charges are calculated based on the total travel required for the event, including:
One round trip to transport the wagon to and from the event location.
One round trip to transport the horses in the stock trailer to and from the event location.
Additional travel charges may apply for overnight accommodations, ferry fees, tolls, or other travel-related expenses.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the event location is accessible and suitable for truck, trailer, horses, and wagon access.
Furthermore, because horse transportation requires additional time, fuel, and equipment beyond standard vehicle travel, mileage fees are based on the total distance traveled by all required vehicles. We will provide an estimated travel charge during the booking process.
-
For the safety of our horses, guests, and equipment, client event locations must provide:
Adequate space for safe loading, unloading, and maneuvering.
Firm, reasonably level footing free of deep mud, excessive ice, or hazardous obstacles.
A safe turnaround area.
Parking space for truck and trailer.
Safe separation from fireworks, open flames, loud machinery, or other hazards unless discussed and approved in advance.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel services if site conditions present a safety risk.
-
If your event begins later than scheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, your ride time may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled events, however contracted hours / fees will still apply.
-
The event host is responsible for communicating these policies to guests and ensuring that the event environment remains safe for horses, guests, and staff.
The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including location access, expected attendance, and any conditions that may affect safe operation.
